Couch potatoes no more! With a diverse menu
of recreational amenities, the neighborhoods in Atlanta set the pace for active lifestyles. Aquatic centers, tennis courts, sports fields and state-of-the-arts fitness centers all put a positive spin on exercise and fitness.

Recreation is Child’s Play

New-home neighborhoods focus on the family, offering choices for all ages. The younger set can enjoy an aquatic center that offers mushrooms and water features for toddlers. Teens have water slides and parents can work out in the lap pools.

Vintage Communities offers a choice of options in its communities in Northeast Atlanta. “It’s all about lifestyle,” says Claudia Rossi, Marketing Director, with Vintage. “Parents today are looking for things for their kids to do in the neighborhood.”

Some of Vintage’s communities have kiddie pools, tennis courts and wide open spaces. “The parents can hang out by the pool and just relax,” Rossi says.
